What do pupils say about RE? Training to support the subject leader of RE in a church school - Session 2 of 3 - Pupil Voice and Quality of Teaching. Don’t miss it!

This session is specifically aimed at leaders of RE in church schools. It will have a focus on pupil voice and quality of teaching.

The session will include:
• An update on national information relevant to Religious Education, including feedback from SIAMS inspections under the current schedule.
• Sharing of examples of ways to engage pupil voice in monitoring and evaluation of the subject.
• Time to add to the school`s self evaluation of SIAMS Strand 7 Self Evaluations.

Please note that this is the second of a sequence of 3 sessions and whilst each can be attended in isolation, it is hoped that by being virtual in part that you will be able to attend all 3 (including the ‘actual’ session in the summer term which will be an opportunity for moderation of pupils’ work).

In addition to these sessions, all schools are encouraged to access their local ‘RE Network Hub’ which meets at least twice a year.
