How deeply Christian is your school recruitment? This day of reflection and challenge will enable you to consider biblical principles and explore ways to apply these to flourishing staff through recruiting, induction and succession.

A day of exploration and reflection. Starting with what is flourishing and how can staff be enabled to flourish. A range of deeply Christian themes of leadership will be shared and considered, identifying how these could link to recruitment practices including induction and succession planning. Ther will time to collaborate, plan and link to SIAMS SEF writing.
