I’m in a new post as a leader of a church school - how does this look in another school? An opportunity to see the church school distinctiveness ’lived out’ in practice.

As well as  your 2hr advisor visit in your first term, your 2-year induction as a school leader consists of five sessions over two years. 

This is session 3.

This session will take place in a Church school (two venues, simultaneously across the diocese to provide a choice for attendees).

The focus of the visit will be tailored to the interests of school leaders attending, but is likely to cover collective worship, school learning walk, and the opportunity to look at RE books.
